Audio And Video Conference

I am still very new at using Skype and I want to video conference with maybe 2 or 3 acquaintances at the same time. I tried last night but it seemed I didn’t find the way. My acquaintances and I can do the call collectively but not the video. So is that doable to video conference with more than 1 person at the same time? Thanks for answering.
