i have to make a scheme on voip i.e. a chat software having voice figure in it. the software
should work on a lan connection. i have to make use of visual c++ 8, socket brainwashing and the platform i am working on is windows. where can i get the code for my scheme. also how exactly should i go about my scheme?????pls help me!!
and sori i forgot to bring up i m doing my final year of engg in cse dept…so tats it…can i also get some links on voip from ieee sites and all etc

Well, you are not saying if it is a scheme for the University, if it is a scheme for a friend or whether you are preparation to release a product yourself.
Either way, it might help you to premeditated the use of an Active X hegemony (some companies offer free trial versions), or take a look at some of the software development kits unfilled (see first link below)
You can also take a look at how that approach has been taken. I reckon I have found you a couple of open source implementations (see second and third links)
I hope you delight in your scheme and that it benefits you in some way.
