 Some companies sell web conferencing software products like MegaMeeting. All the clients need to do is to follow the software’s easy installation guide and use their Internet connection to either host or join an ongoing conference.

 Web conferencing is a great tool during offshore training or company presentations because it provides all participants with real-time visual feeds provided by the web conference’s host. It’s like looking at a PowerPoint presentation, except that the presenter is miles away from where you are.

 Based on which platform to use, the host would need to use a telephone line for audio link. But most web conference applications today use VoIP audio technology and do not require a separate telephone line.
